Privacy Policy

Tradeside (tradeside.app) is operated by Interstellar Minds LLC, a Maryland company (“we”). This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Account information: name, email address, mobile number and company role of people who use Tradeside.
• Company information: company name, logo, address, phone, license number, rates, materials and project details entered by our customers.
• Contact information for others: names, emails and mobile numbers of general contractor contacts that our customers enter so tickets and change orders can be sent to them.
• Work records: T&M tickets, photos, signatures, change orders and related notes.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type and time stamps, including when a ticket is viewed or signed, so signatures can be verified.

How we use it

• To run Tradeside: sign people in, deliver tickets and change orders, collect signatures and produce PDFs.
• To send transactional emails and text messages related to that work (see our Text Message Terms).
• To keep the service secure, prevent misuse and fix problems.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Text messaging

We do not sell, rent or share mobile phone numbers or text message opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile numbers are shared only with the text message provider that delivers our messages, and only to deliver them. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.

Who we share with

Information is shared only with the service providers that run Tradeside on our behalf, under confidentiality obligations: hosting and database (Vercel, Supabase), email delivery (Resend) and text message delivery (Twilio). Tickets and change orders are shared with the people our customers choose to send them to. We may disclose information if required by law.

Your company’s data

Each company’s records are kept separate and are visible only to that company’s team, based on their role. A company administrator controls who has access. Records are kept while the company’s account is active and for as long as needed for legal and contract purposes, then deleted on request.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is restricted by role. Signed tickets are locked with a fingerprint so later changes can be detected.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information by emailing info@feelinginterstellar.com. If your information was entered by a company using Tradeside, we may refer you to that company.
