Terms of Service

These terms govern use of Tradeside (tradeside.app), operated by Interstellar Minds LLC (“we”). By using Tradeside you agree to them. If you use Tradeside for a company, you agree for that company.

The service

Tradeside helps construction subcontractors record time and material work, collect field signatures and prepare change orders. A signature collected in Tradeside verifies the labor, materials and equipment shown on a ticket. It does not by itself approve cost, scope or responsibility, and Tradeside is not a party to any contract between our customers and their general contractors.

Your account and content

• Keep sign-in codes private. You’re responsible for activity on your account.
• Your company owns the records it creates. You give us permission to store and process them to provide the service.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of tickets, rates and change orders, and for having permission to contact the people you send them to, including by text message.

Acceptable use

Don’t use Tradeside to send spam or marketing messages, to contact people who haven’t agreed to hear from you, to break the law, or to interfere with the service.

Text messages and email

Texts and emails sent through Tradeside are transactional. See the Text Message Terms and Privacy Policy.

Availability and liability

We work to keep Tradeside available and accurate, but the service is provided “as is.” Keep your own copies of important records. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
