Pricing questions
What counts as an office user?
Anyone who signs in to manage the company: admins, project managers and superintendents who build the schedule. Foremen who write tickets and daily reports are free, and so is your crew.
How does the free trial work?
You get every Pro feature for 30 days on your real jobs. No credit card. At the end, pick a plan or your account is paused; nothing is deleted.
What if we have more crew than our plan texts?
Each extra crew member who gets schedule texts is $1 per month. Texts for tickets, sign-in codes and reminders are always included.
Can we add office users without changing plans?
Yes. On Pro and Business, extra office users are $25 per month each. Starter tops out at 3; move to Pro for more.
Is there a setup fee or contract?
No setup fee. Monthly plans can be canceled any time. Yearly plans get two months free.
Do you charge the GC or the superintendent?
Never. Superintendents sign for free, with no account.
